SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

The cost of post and packaging in the UK is free for orders over £20, using 4-5 days tracked. Otherwise postage in the UK is £4.99 for 2-3 days tracked and £6.99 for next working day delivery - Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays). Next day delivery is possible if the item is in stock and ordered before 2pm, otherwise your order will be dispatched via next day delivery when it has been completed. Please be aware that prescription glasses usually take 3/4 working days to complete and if you have opted for lens coatings or high index lenses these may take longer.

For Europe and the rest of the world the cost will start from £10.79. In most cases we aim to dispatch your glasses within a week of receiving your order. However if your order is more complex it may take longer.

The delivery times are subject to availability, payment authorisation verification and processing. Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail. A signature will be required on receipt for international and next day deliveries and if you are not around to take delivery of your parcel the postman should leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up or how to arrange re-delivery.

UNWANTED

You can return any undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. All prescription eyewear is non-returnable and refunds are not able to be offered, these items are bespoke products. The refund will not include the cost of return postage and if you have chosen Express or Special Delivery on your order you will only be refunded our standard delivery charge. The items must be in a resalable condition when we receive them. Please take care when opening product packaging/boxes, we may not be able to accept returns where the packaging has been damaged beyond what is deemed “reasonable care”.

To cancel your order simply fill in the returns form that accompanied your order and return the item using the provided labels. We recommend returning the item to us using a service that is tracked and requires a signature on delivery. All goods must be returned to us in a resalable condition. Please note that for goods paid for by debit/credit card, we can only make a refund to the card used to make the original transaction.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If any product arrives damaged notify us within 14 days and we will happily organise a replacement or refund. We must receive the item back before a refund or replacement can be organised. E-mail sales@theopticshop.co.uk or phone 02922 677 278 and we will arrange this. A returns label will be provided to return the item to us.

Any damage that becomes evident 14 days or more after delivery, any wear and tear or mistreatment of the item by the customer, is not the responsibility of  SpecSuperstore.co.uk and we are not responsible for any claims. All frames are guaranteed for one year by a manufacturer’s warranty, however the guarantee does not cover wear and tear or mistreatment. Scratches on the lenses are not covered under any warranty.

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

OAKLEY

SpecSuperstore.co.uk offers a minimum of 14 days' money back guarantee for Oakley frames. Any Oakley Custom product (Sunglasses or Optical) is non returnable as it is a customised item, made to the customer's specification.
