WE ARE STILL OPEN FOR ONLINE ORDERS
We feel that it is important that we try to stay open for our loyal customers and all in need of essential eyewear. We feel it is particular crucial that we continue to provide a service especially for those who have broken or damaged their glasses and cannot function normally without them.
PROTECTING OUR STAFF
The safety of our staff is our priority and we have taken steps to minimise any risk to them. Some of our staff are able to work from home and we now have a reduced number working in our glazing and distribution unit, with stringent distancing and cleaning practices in place.
DELIVERIES & RETURNS
We will continue to function as normally as we possibly can but we are experiencing increasing difficulties as some of our suppliers have been forced to close. Please allow extra time for your order to be dispatched and expect delivery times to be longer than usual. We know that for everyone's safety we cannot move around freely at the moment, because of this we are extending our returns policy from 14 to 30 days - this will be reviewed regularly.
